broken air conditioning disinterested receptionist
The room was spacious. Every needed amenity was inside.
The air conditioning was not working in the room. I tried contacting reception but could not get through. I had to go downstairs to report it. The receptionist seemed disinterested.

amazing breakfast friendly staff scratched screens stained carpets
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! The variety of food options was excellent, and the quality was very high. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The gym equipment needs updating. I noticed that the treadmill screens were scratched and difficult to read. The hallway carpets had some stains that could use professional cleaning. This affected the overall impression slightly.

clean room fantastic layout convenient location small bathroom firm pillows air conditioning
the room was so clean, and it had a fantastic layout. breakfast was also great (especially the pancakes!). i found the hotel location very convenient for getting around.
The bathroom was quite small, i have to say. also, the pillows were too firm for my liking. I prefer something softer. i also had some issues with the air conditioning. It wasn't working properly on my first day.

unreliable elevator inconsistent air conditioning
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust. It seemed to switch between too hot and too cold, though I reported it. The elevators were also quite slow and unreliable. Sometimes, I had to wait a long time. This was frustrating! especially during peak hours. The experience impacted my stay negatively, though I was hoping for a more seamless visit.

queen size beds coffee machine helpful amenities
i found the staff friendly. the room featured two queen size beds offering ample space and comfort. a nespresso coffee machine with four pods was available. i also found useful amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shaving kits. bottled sparkling and still water were provided. the bar staff was very attentive.
the check-in queue was long. this created a slight delay at the start.

the hotel is near public transportation. it is conveniently close to the tower bridge and st katherine's dock. this location is suitable for exploring many of the city highlights.

the staff was helpful and cute. i observed attentiveness from the team in the bar area. the breakfast service included a wide selection of fresh options! the team seemed dedicated to providing an enjoyable experience.

fantastic room and wonderful spa
king bed spa facilities friendly greeting
i stayed in the executive room king bed. the room had all the amenities i needed (like a coffee maker and a mini-fridge). i used the spa facilities and found them very clean. arnel at breakfast offered a friendly greeting (it really started my day well!).
